Group Paliria, the No 1 dolma producer internationally and the largest Greek company producing and exporting ready meals, is looking to recruit for its premises in Politika Evia:

Quality Systems Officer

Main responsibilities:

• Implement quality systems, specifications, procedures and ensure compliance.
• Initiate and coordinate Mock Recalls and Traceability Exercises, assess outcome and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage the scheduling and coordinate audit team and quality system audits.
• Review quality systems (BRC, IFS, ISO 22000).
• Implementation & Monitor equipment calibrations.
• Annual Analysis program (raw – packing materials & swab – atp tests)
• Risk assessment and review of raw materials, products and material specifications.

Profile:

• University degree in Food Technology or Agriculture
• At least three years of working experience in a similar role
• BRC IFS knowledge
• Very good knowledge of English language (Food Technology terminology)
• MS Office, SAP will be considered as an asset
• Close attention to detail & high degree in accuracy
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement
• Organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
